Gocé….

COOKING this evening! I was actually relaxed as I cut the skin off the salmon and rolled the Phyllo Dough filled with salmon, boursin cheese and zucchini. I was like 'Hmmm I can do this more often.' I was thinking of all the goodies to fill the phyllo with (variety of cheeses, seafood, and veggies), this isn't bad after all. I am inspired to do more. The meat guy in Fresh Market says "You going to be a lil chief tonight," I was like YEP! Of course after I finished cooking I felt like one :)
